Healthy Skin Care & Natural Mineral Makeup AND Cosmetics (“Healthy Skin Care”) website is not affiliated with Monave or Legacy for Life – we merely assist in selling their products.  
Both Monave’s and Legacy’s products are shipped all over the world with the following exception:  Legacy currently does NOT ship it’s products to Australia, New Zeland, Iran, or Mexico, therefore we can take no orders for their Legacy Skin Care Cleanser, Serum, or Moisturizer for those countries.  Monave ships all their mineral products all over the world.

We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Discover via secure, encrypted on-line credit card payments through PayPalPro.  PayPal and PayPalPro are secure on-line payment processing services that accept credit card, debit card, bank transfer, e-check, and PayPal BalanceTransfer Payments.  PayPal no longer requires that you sign up for an account with them, so it is now possible to use your Mastercard, VISA, American Express, or Discover card and pay on-line with PayPalPro (no need to set up a personal PayPal account).  If, however, you would like to sign up for a personal PayPal account with them, you will be given an opportunity to do so during their payment process.

SHIPPING (international):

If you want to use your Mastercard, VISA, American Express, or Discover card: please do so using PayPalPro on our site.  Shipping will be calculated for you at check out, then you just give your approval and the order will be processed.  Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any duty/Customs’ charges.

 

If you have a personal PayPal account: and would like to know the shipping charge prior to placing an order, please e-mail us with a list of items you would like to purchase and the destination country, and we will try to respond as soon as possible.  Otherwise, when going through check-out, choose “International” as the shipping option and your order will be processed without the shipping charge included.  If paying through your personal PayPal account, we will send you an invoice for the balance due, and your order will ship when we receive notice of payment on that invoice from PayPal.  Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any duty/Customs’ charges.

It is the customer’s responsibility to guarantee the accuracy of the information that is provided to us by them.  Healthy Skin Care assumes no responsibility for packages lost or misdirected due to incorrect shipping information that has been provided to us.  In such event, all costs involved are to be incurred by the customer.  Please provide a current e-mail address and telephone number when checking out through our shopping cart in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

SHIPPING METHODS (domestic - U.S.):

Domestic orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.  Shipping time is approximately 7-10 days.  

SHIPPING METHODS (international): 

U.S. Postal Service “Priority” mail:  International orders have the option of Priority mail, which includes tracking, but may be costly for small orders.   Please be advised that Priority mail can take up to two weeks to arrive at its international destination.

 

U.S. Postal Service “Registered” mail:  It is recommended that International Customers choose Registered mail as a shipping option.  This also provides a tracking number but it is less costly than Priority mail.   If an International Customer chooses not to use this Registered mail, and the package goes missing for whatever reason, the cost of a replacement shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

BACK-ORDERED PRODUCTS: 

Because our products are handmade, occasionally they will be on back order when your order is filled.  If you receive your order and an item is missing, the letters B/O will be written next to the item on the invoice; this indicates the item is on Back Order.  Back-Ordered products ship as soon as we receive them, with no extra shipping charges to you. We appreciate your patience.

RETURNS:

 
We offer reasonably-priced samples of many of our minerals products. Click here to sample our products if you wish to try them before purchasing full size.  Returns of our products are limited to damaged or incorrect merchandise.  If you are worried about a reaction to any skin care products, please try our samples first.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:

If a product is not in good condition when it arrives to you, please contact us at healthyskin@frontiernet.net with your order number and return the damaged goods directly to Monave.  Monave will replace the product as well as the shipping cost incurred by you.

BRUSHES:

Kabuki and Flat Top Bronzer brushes tend to shed in the beginning.  If you are still experiencing severe shedding after several weeks of use, please return the brushes to Monave directly for an exchange and we will refund your shipping costs.

Legacy ships via Federal Express.   Shipping time is approximately 7-10 days.

Legacy ships their products to every country in the world via Federal Express except:  Australia, New Zeland, Iran, and Mexico.  Besides the United States, Legacy is currently open for business in Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea so for all other countries, international shipments are at the customer's own risk (due to any potential Custom's issues).  Customer is responsible for any duty/Customs' charges, and these charges vary by country. 

BACK-ORDERED PRODUCTS: 

Back-ordered items will appear on your order invoice as back ordered.  When item(s) become available, they will be sent to you with no additional charges because payment for the item(s) plus shipping was paid up-front.
